Just checked in Fallout & actually the robots name in Tenpenny Tower is 'Godfrey' still nothing I do will make em talk to me :( I am on level 29 of Fallout 3 (using game of the year edition now as I completed regular) on PS3 and I have not blown up Megaton but I have allowed the ghouls to 'take over' Tenpenny Tower.
